    This guy has gone through the first 6 weeks with the Superspeed golf sticks, recording his progress and measuring it. He gets an extra 6mph with the driver, which is impressive. Good series of videos

    Yes, following his videos at the moment, def the best out there to watch progress. He has just started into level 2 so will be v interesting to see can he get to the 120mph mark

    Peter O'Keeffe has some very good content on youtube as well in terms of golf fitness and swing speed too

    I follow Nils Conway on instagram, he’s an Irish golf fitness coach, works with NUIM and private clients.
    He’s a low handicap golfer too, possibly even in the + range at one stage.

    He shares some good pieces, I’ve finished the Orlando Golf Performance program and then some private pieces too.

    Again not really focused on increased speed but mobility, I’ll certainly look at speed moving forward.

    After watching those videos it makes me want to get them. Serious gains especially for a guy who hits long way already.
