Hi Has anybody good experience of mortgage brokers in the Arklow area? WE have both recently returned home from the UK, I'm contracting as an engineer so am self employed and my wife has a salary fully time job. Has anybody good experience of mortgage brokers in the Arklow area? WE have both recently returned home from the UK, I'm contracting as an engineer so am self employed and my wife has a salary fully time job.
Concerned over the fact that the company is so new, I'm 40-45 hours a week work in a fixed location so hopefully they take into account the steady and guaranteed income, and that we should have a 30-40% deposit.
