What's the biggest age gap you would date?

I'm seeing someone now that is 10 years older. It's going great.

I'd probably go down to 23 and up to 60.

I'm 33. I'd be okay with about ten years older. I wouldn't say no to someone younger but usually I prefer people my own age or older.

If I'm attracted to them, then age doesn't matter... once they're legal age obviously.

Few years ago, a girl i knew well
, while in 'mid years' secondary school, was dating a 2nd year college student.

This is a bit greasy I raved, college chaps should be banging college girls, not sufficient around the locsl secondary school, to be dismissed as a crank.

Sure enough, a year or two after they broke up, he was done for kiddie porn, thankfully not involving the girl I know.

My husband and I discussed this a few weeks ago. The traditional view is very misogynistic: it’s considered alright, in the media, if some greasy middle aged man is creeping on younger women. Especially so if his wife is portrayed as some shrew or, forgive me for using a disgusting term, a “Karen” shrilly henpecking him in rollers while waving a rolling pin.

Alternatively if a woman is involved with a younger man she is accused of being some demented sex pervert à la Samantha in SATC, “mutton dressed as lamb” or a cougar (there is no equivalent term for a man). Ephebophilia is excusable if the elder of the couple involved is a male.

I may have strayed in the past with younger men but that was a long time ago, we have had marriage counselling and we need to move on. I warned my husband that if he ever considered leaving me for a young one that I would ride him so hard in the courts all he would have left are the ****ing fillings in his teeth. We’re in our early forties.

100% - a fairly well known Irish musician ended up in a relationship with a fan who he met when she was just 14. Always thought that was a bit off.

I am in my late 30s now. Any woman would have to be between 28 - 45. I wouldn't be able to hack the drama with a young one.

I get a range of 30-79 and while I'd agree that under 30 would seem a tad young I don't think I'm interested in over whatever age Liz Hurley is .
