Check fetch website. They offer free courses for both employed and unemployed. Use search function and see if there is anything close to what you are looking for.

There should be.

My experience with such courses has been quite underwhelming, to be honest. They're just half the battle because instilling discipline and changing your mindset requires much more than that. In my case, considering the basics of time management was quite helpful for me, and by being deeply subjective about my priorities, I was able to evaluate every task to judge its relative importance.
