Riello RDB issue.

Hey all. Wondering if someone can advise me here.

I have a Riello RDB burner. I stupidly let the kerosene run out and had to bleed it to get it going on.

It worked fine for a couple of days and then today it stopped working again. What I’ve noticed is that the little nozzle / drain on the side seems to be dripping dark water excessively (I never noticed this before) and the main vent also seems to have some fluid coming out of it. Pressing the reset button gets it going again for a bit then it knocks off.

Now.. on all honesty I didn’t know how to bleed the thing and I did adjust the little valve to the right of the oil bleed line (I’d hoped I had put it back to its original location). There is a small number dial on the right and that’s reads about 3.5.

I’m going to get it serviced anyway but I was hoping for some insight so I’m not blindsided with the cost of a replacement if it comes to it.

    Thanks all!
