Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New-build house timing

    Hoping someone can help me. Have agreed to buy a new build which is one of the last houses to be built as part of a large development. The foundations are laid and bricks and materials on the site ready to go. Unfortunately, building has now stopped with the latest lockdowns. Can anyone give me an indication of how long it might take (best and worst case scenario!) to complete from here once construction gets going again?

    Maybe ask the builder or agent you bought it off? No one will be able to give you an accurate time to build it here.
