    I wonder will this put pressure on the other insurers to do the same, got a bit back from Laya last lockdown, would be nice to get the same again.

    A colleague got same last week but not sure as no one else seems to have

    Sent me a cheque, despite me asking for a bank transfer. I was told I could enter my bank account in the app and I'd get a transfer. There's nowhere on the app, or online, to do it.

    I got the VHI refund a week or so ago.

    If only the car insurers would follow suit. It's a safe bet that as usage was down, claims were also down.

    Login to myvhi, your bank details for claim payments can be updated there.

    I pay by salary deduction but my refund was a cheque in the post. Will probably be out of date by the time I get to the bank.
