    ... when I can't log in to your upgraded security because my mobile number is out date.  I can't phone as I'm deaf.

    You can access our legacy 365 online website by following the link below. Once you log in as normal, please select Manage Accounts and then Amend My Mobile Number. Please be sure that your address is up to date before changing your number.
