Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi ,
Looking for some information. I have been granted planning permission to demolish a derelict house and build a replacement house behind. Do I need to apply for a new connection for the new house when built or can I connect on to the existing connection for the derelict house as it has beer been disconnected.

    Hi Louise,

    Thank you for the response.
Just another question in regards to a new connection. If the replacement house is 60 metres from the public road would this mean my connection fee is more as I notice the prices goes up after 15 metres
    or
because there is an old connection there for the existing house would I just be connecting to the old connection but paying the new connection fee to have it re_activated

    Hi Ciaran10,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

All connection inquires are based on the site itself, a pre connection enquiry form may be submitted to see what way the connection will be carried out. To discuss this further, you can speak directly to a New Connection Specialist directly on 1850 278 278 and they will be able to help you further.

    Thanks,
    Rebecca
