No Electric Bill Since 17/09/2020?

    Hi,

    I was hoping that someone would be able to check my account and see why I've not received an electric bill since 17/09/2020?

    I got my last gas bill on 04/12/2020 but nothing else and I'd really prefer to pay regularly rather than have the total owed start to really mount up. Both accounts say 'Your next bill will issue shortly', but have said that for a while (I usually get a notification of a bill towards the end of the month).

    Please can you let me know if you are able to check this for me?
