    HI guys,hoping someone can help me out...
    My 15 year old son tried to download a minecraft game to his ps4
    He attempted this 4 times at a cost of 28.98 each time, he didnt realise he was being charged and its not something he would ever do without permission.
    Anyway long and the short of it, this amount was deducted from my account and on neither occasion did the game download but i was charged 4 times.
    Be so grateful for any help and advice please.
