Enable touch on mobile

Hi, even when manually entering a touch URL I get redirected to the full site in my phone, i do not have desktop site enabled in chrome, is there a site setting I have set inadvertantly? Started happening around lunch time today. Thanks.

Scroll down to bottom of page & click Touch Site, this will enable it. Likewise, Full Site to revert to it when on Touch.
