Sky downgrade from HD pack

    Hi all

    I downgraded from sky's HD pack to their standard definition channels and it took effect from today... As expected, Virgin media one HD is no longer available to view but it's still on channel 103, in order to watch VM1 I have to go to channel 803

    Anybody know how I can manually move Virgin Media One (SD) to channel 103? Just for clarity I have the same problem with the other HD channels (sky one hd is on 106, Dave HD is on Channel 111)

    You cant rearrange the channels on a Sky box afaik. You can however set up a favourites list.

    Im talking about a Sky HD box and not the Q box.

    Contact Sky, wh have to do this for you, you can't change it yourself.

    A reboot usually sorts that, otherwise a call to them.

    you can do it on Q as well, and if you're watching from the Favourites menu then the Channel +/- buttons take you through the favourites list which is handy.
