Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

TWSS Underpayment- Is your Employer Helping you?

I know there are some threads already but I am wondering how people who received hefty underpayment bills following the TWSS scheme are getting on.

Have you approached your employer? Are they going to pay the bill for you?

    Not really.
The management is not talking about it as most of the staff are not aware of the real cause of their liabilities. Unfortunately the media talked mostly about liabilities arising from both PUP and TWSS and many of the employees are not aware that most of their underpayment is actually from the twss.
There must be a workaround around the agreed contractual pay, otherwise the employer would have covered the difference.
