Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

closing business account

    We have contacted you numerous of times to close an account we have not occupied for some time. We are still receiving bills. The occupants who took over from us also contacted you to say we are no longer in the premises and they are also currently paying water bills for the same building? It must be clear to Irish Water that there are two accounts to the same building by two different businesses. Why is it such a problem to close the account that no longer occupies the premises?
