    My direct debit payees have dissapeared from the new 365 online-my current account.
    what can i do as i have payments due to happen later this week?

    Sorry to hear this has happened your payees. 

    If you are logged in online you can select Service Desk - Ask a Question a colleague can certainly check this further with you or on the App, select Services and scroll to Send A Message. If you prefer to call, it's 0818200362.
