48 network and new phone unlock

    I'm with 48 network and happy with it. I want to buy a new phone and i know sim-free mobiles will work, but it' looks cheaper to buy another network mobile and get it unlocked.

    Does any other network phone lock work with 48 sim? As my 48 sim shows tescomobile as operator at times
    Looking at either Moto g9 or nokia 5.4, would either be SIM-free by default (my current Huawei P30 lite was unlocked from new)

    Tesco Mobile phones work with a 48 sim.

    have a tesco mobile phone locked to tesco mobile put a 48 sim in it and its asking for a network lock
