    Hi

    Looking for 2018 P60

How do you get it if your employer hasn't got it?

Who else would have a copy of a P60 other than your employer for the year in question?

The P60 was an employer generated document and 2018 was the last year of those. The physical P60 would only have issued from the employer to you. So you should have been given a copy ( or an emailed PDF etc.) If they still have 2018 payroll program on their system they might issue a duplicate.
The pay and tax data on the P60 would be on Revenue's records and would show if you had or applied for a P21 (Balancing Statement) for 2018. The P21 is now the Statement of Liability for 2019 onwards. It depends on who wants it. If it's for a finance institution then a letter from employer with figures may suffice.

While there is really no obligation on the employer to provide a duplicate, they should still have all 2018 records anyway as required under tax legislation on retention of records. So the data is there.
