    Hi Folks
    I had to get gas networks to replace the gas meter today.
    The remaining balance is gone from my account.
    How do i get this back?

    Are you referring to a prepayment gas meter? If so, please call our call our colleagues in the Gas Pay As You Go team on 1800 372 372. They will be able to assist you further.
