Return tramite faulty tablet to Amazon Italy

Looking for some help here. Trying to return a faulty tablet to Amazon Italy. The tablet has a battery and anpost or many couriers don't send parcels with lithium battery. Amazon is refusing to offer return to Ireland or UK. Anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks

Looking for some help here.
Trying to return a faulty tablet to Amazon Italy.

Thanks I used ups.
Hopefully they will reimburse me the courier cost.
I paid 34 euro for a 150 euro tablet.

They will once you send them a copy of the return receipt showing the costs
