Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it possible to use a 48 sim in a dongle for a laptop, its for an elderly person that just uses it for surfing the web, there is good three signal in the house, 10.99 pm seems a good deal for someone that only uses occasional internet,

Get a cheap 4g smartphone and turn it into a hotspot.

How much data? Vodafone sell 5GB for 5e / 28 days which should cover most light usage.

IMO a tethered smartphone is a better option for occasional use as it can also be used for calls and text if needed. Dongles are a bit fiddly to change settings for someone who might not be familiar with troubleshooting any connection problems.
