LG television - Sky TV with Virgin Wifi

Purchased a new LG television last week. We have Sky TV and our broadband is with Virgin. Purchased a new LG television last week. We have Sky TV and our broadband is with Virgin. On connecting the Sky box to the television, using the HDMI cable, the television works fine, but the television is listed as Virgin Media "TV (Virgin Media)". We can rename the port in the settings, but can anyone explain why the television is being named Virgin. Just want to make sure that we haven't configured the television incorrectly. Please note that we've tried the other two HDMI ports on the television, and our Sky TV connection is still named Virgin. All of the other features on the television are working fine.
