What are Jabra like for replacements?

I have a pair of Jabra Elite Sports earbuds and the right earbud has stopped outputting sound. Bought them in May 2020. I sent an email to Jabra support today but haven't heard back yet so I was curious what the replacement process is like? Do I need to send the old set back to them and do they cover postage costs?
