Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ballymaloe, don't mention the war so to speak...
While the hotel and restaurant closed under Level 5 lockdown controls, it has now emerged that in-person cookery lessons have taken place in a special 'bubble' with nine overseas students who arrived in east Cork over Christmas and just days before the lockdown.

Ballymaloe manager Rebecca Cronin insisted the students had arrived before the Level 5 lockdown came into force – with strict measures taken to ensure all proper health and safety controls were adhered to.

They do, I was 30 years in the hospitality business, lost count of the amount of fools who paid this money, arrived at Real World venue's, lasted not more than a week, glorified baking classes essentially
