2 Way Walkie Talkie (Work purposes)

Hi

Looking for recommendations for a 2 or 3 Way Walkie Talkie system for work purposes, so only short range needed.

Ideally looking to get something pretty discrete and simple.

Or perhaps just a panic alarm system/assistance paging system where conversation is not necessarily needed.

The walkies talkies on the apple I watch are complete free and very reliable

I'm not very technical. Would all staff then need an Apple I watch? How much are they?
