Anyone have any recommendations for one? I was looking at the base optics one on optics warehouse, has anyone bought or used one of these? Or would you go for a handheld? Never owned one so any advice is welcome.

What application are you going to use it in?

I bought a hand held Chinese one off a fellow broads member and use it hill deer stalking

    Something similar-

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/AOFAR-Rangefinder-Hunting-Measurement-finder/dp/B07BMTSSTB

Tested it out on measured firing range, accurate.

I had a lone of a Leupold rangefinder for a couple of seasons and to be honest there wasn't much of a difference.

Thanks for the reply. I won't need it for anything over 200yds, and I certainly won't be deer stalking so I figured a cheaper one might do the trick, and it sounds like it will. Being honest I don't "need" one at all lol, but I have the idea in my head now so I'll probably get one. I might throw up a wanted as here and see if anyone has one they want rid of.

+1 on the Aofar, great bit of kit for the price, no issues at all with mine
