Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does it have an SD card?

Otherwise it will need to be able to power on.

Your photos might be backed up to your google account, worth checking first.

No sd card and not backed up but I was told it could be done

Does it power up at all when you turn it on? Try plugging the USB power cable from the phone in to your computer to see if it recognises the phone as a storage device.

This is probably your best chance, unless the person who told you that it could be done could also tell you how.

The phone needs to turn on, once turned on you don’t need the creek or buttons if you can connect to another device such as computer or laptop
