Flash rom on Redmi k30

    So I've run into an issue with my k30 over the last few days, Google has completely stopped working despite everything I've tried. Play services,play store, YouTube, everything has stopped since I updated to Miui 12 on Tuesday. I have a family link app for my daughters phone and when I try to open it, I get an error message saying it "won't run without Google play services, which are missing from your device". But they are installed.

    I would usually just do a factory reset but I did that before and it went back to how it would have been in China rather than in the EU so don't fancy all that again.

    I've never flashed a rom before, can anyone please provide a simple step by step?
