Even if he can't walk, his huge penis should be enough to drive the ball home

    Good start by Brighton.
    They really hog the ball.

I have the same 5 plus Salah and on 74 after bps, either you miscounted the points or number of players!

I miscounted the number of players. I should have said 74 from 6 and included Salah.

Exact same here. Martinez playing at the moment.

I’m hoping I don’t get punished again this week for picking Mendy over him.

Raphinha to Grealish a couple of weeks ago is one of the worst transfers I've made in a while

    From BBC:
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola confirmed midfielder Ilkay Gundogan complained of a tight groin, which is why he came off.
    He will be checked tomorrow.

He's going to outscore Pope here isn't he

Read the next piece! He mentions Ederson & needs to think about. Says if he is a great striker of the ball. Can pass like that from 70 yards, he can do it for 12!

Rodri won’t be on the next away

You guys really think that the City goalkeeper will be on penalties?

Is there a one professional league where this happens these days? Professional, not obscure league that no one heard of.

It is just too risky and unnecessary.

It would be romantic and all that, but where did that idea come from?

They have enough players that should be able to score penalties. Even if they can't, why Ederson would be the answer?

Who do you think you are, coming in here with your logic and your comment sense, ssssheeesh.

In fact there was one in Spanish league this season I think...

But generally it is stupid idea.

And it comes up every time City has a penalty, no matter if they scored or not.

I am just curious where it comes from ;)

Pep said before Ederson was the best penalty taker at City IIRC.

Rogerio Ceni, Chilavert & the German lad Butt used to take free kicks and penalties. Different eras, but I don't see why not.

Davy Fitz & Anthony Nash too, even Stephen Cluxton, albeit different sports.

    Pep said this last year.

It keeps coming up cause they keep missing them.. KdB, Aguero, Jesus, Mahrez, Gundogan, Sterling!!

In fact agsinst Liverpool there record alone is 1 out of 4.

Pen taking is a specialised thing, why wouldnt he take it , if he is the best!

Was it because Gudongan was tackled that he didn't take the penalty. I seem to remember some rule Pep had about players not taking penalties if they were tackled in the lead up. Maybe I'm dreaming.

    Typical Pep penalty roulette.

idiots with gundogen captain this form is completely unsustainable and one of my opponents blindly brings in lowton for 15 points. **** off seriously what a joke. people who have no idea what they are doing being rewarded as per usual

MOD: Please be polite. Plenty of top managers brought in Lowton/Burnley defenders and captained Gundogan.

In fairness, when you come into a thread saying you've been rightly screwed because of your own mistake, you'll get a bit of 'friendly' replies. There are posters here that are not only following every press conference but also checking team forums, looking at training pictures to see if players are fit, etc.

    Addicts you could say :)

For injuries/suspensions on FPL, you'll do no wrong following this thread rather than relying on the FPL website/app. GL.

Your take on this is bizarre haha. The FPL site is fine for checking injured players.
They were listed as injured on the site and he transfered them in complaining that the site hadn't been updated. That's why people took the piss.

Wasn’t it 2 points for 5 GK saves?

Has this changed , since when?

Google Butt celebration after penalty ;)

Completely different era. Hence I said it would be romantic, but not these days. Not when the title is there.

It's rare but Chilavert, Rogerio Ceni and Hans Jorg Butt all did it in the past. Butt would have been in the Bundesliga and CL doing it

A save point is awarded for every three keeper saves.
