Martinez is nearly hitting Micha levels of FPL legend.

Michu? There's been way better bargains than him over the years. Mahrez, Kane, Bale and Ramsey all had better returns on their break through years and cost less than 5m.

76 from 7 - Lowton, Cancelo, Stones, Salah, Gundogan (c), Son & Watkins.

8 potentially to go - Lowton, Cancelo, Stones & Gundogan again, among with Mendy, Fernandes, Bamford & Antonio.

    GunDog is the new GunDog.

Can't remember the like of him before. I think Michiu was even more expensive and returned less.

I think my GW has peaked and although I might not hold my current rank. Currently 69k. First time to break into the top 100k in a couple of years.

No Gundogen this week is a disaster. Mind you knowing pep he might not even play the next game.

Captaining Pope backfired spectacularly :D Hopefully he can get another clean sheet to limit the damage a bit.

49 from 5 so far. United game is big for me today with Bruno, Rashford and Maguire in it. Hopefully I can pull back some of rank fall by end of today.

Also have Maddison first sub so Antonio missing out tomorrow wouldn't be the worst!

    He went off injured

I've seen reports that it was muscle being tight that led to Gundogan going off so hopefully it was just precautionary rather than an actual injury.

Patricio great save to deny Redmond (Ings).

    Ings (Armstrong)

Transferred Ings out for DCL, that went well

Great run and cross by Armstrong and superb finish by Ings.

Have just enough for Antonio to Kane but might go Ings instead for the double. Probably miss out on Kane though the following week due to price rises :|

Unfortunately, I doubt he’ll feature again anyway. That said, can’t complain with 35 captain points from one game.

Has Ings game time not to be managed though? I was thinking about bringing him in for Bamford or Watkins for the double but that was my worry.

What's that now? Ings 2nd return in maybe 10 GWs. You did the right move to transfer him out. Too many better options on paper / form out there.

Not many are on the Ings train anymore.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,675 ✭✭✭thunderdog

Small chance that Southampton could get 3 DGWs in a row, although if that does pan out, Ings is unlikely to feature in all games

I was thinking about doing the reverse of that this gameweek funnily enough.

Probably would have bench boosted too.

Why would you be thinking about losing Bamford when he also has a double?

I meant to say Antonio or Watkins. My bad. At the minute I have McCarthy, Dallas, KWP & Bamford for the double.

Will add one more to that with my free transfer.
