How the hell is this only a 2 point game!?!

That's why Ross Byrne will continue to pick up caps.

Pretty much a 0-0 game now..

    One score..

    Need to press on!

Only 2 points in it with 15 minutes remaining, COME ON IRELAND

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,640 ✭✭✭TheCitizen

Brilliant from Byrne. Madness that he didn't start. Burns should never play for Ireland again.

    Why aren't we fixing defenders...?

  • Registered Users Posts: 193 ✭✭Rugby4568

Afraid? Just have zero respect for them. Clear sign a person is a complete moron.

Same. Can’t understand why someone would be Xenophobic.

About 4 passes in a row there were made without fixing the defender, why can't we just tie up their defenders?

Except for JGP, James Lowe, Billy Burns and Rob Herring

They’re wearing the jersey, they’re Irish players.

If Byrne started the game we'd be ahead here right now

French holding on in the tackle WELL after they should be releasing... Lost count of how many times they've dragged someone on the ground by the leg.

Why kick? You beat the player, ruuuuun

Nothing easier to defend against. All they have to do is fan out and they have us covered. Even when we have depth and pace it's wasted by early passing. So frustrating to watch

Would be bad schoolboyb rugby... Makes drift defense too easy.... Over to you Keith, 1m space and 6 French lads!

I like Kelleher work in the tight, he’s really hitting the french hard. Ross byrne doing well

That ball that squirted out after Beirne was tackled but the French player never released was ridiculous.

Yup, neither are Sexton but RB >>>> BB

I also think RB has room to grow where as BB is at his level and will never be more than a quality Pro14 player

Lowe is better than that kick out on the full but he is a problem defensively. Looks to be really struggling when in a more underdog setting

Lowe has ability. He's rash and erratic at times, there's a player there though.

    Our scrum is rock solid.

Whatever we've done on the training pitch has worked wonders.

Despite flaws elsewhere in our play, I have to say our work at the ruck has been great today. So solid in securing our own ball and some impressive counter rucking too.

There's a real possibility that he won't get an opportunity to start a 6N for 12 months.

Healy shouldn't have been on this long. His cardio has always been poor. I remember him blowing hard in most games after 30mins.
That knock on was pure fatigue. He couldn't even jog after he dropped it.
