Has anybody used moovingo ( to buy or sell) or similar as opposed to a traditional agent. What are your thoughts?

Neighbour did and got 20% over asking price, which was already 15k over what other agents wanted to market the property for. Sold in 4 days too, last August. They absolutely raved about Movingo.
