    If you are travelling outside the EU and mostly have access to WiFi at your destination - Eir are the only provider that support WiFi calling. Allows you to avoid roaming charges when on WiFi. Eir Sim-only plan for €9.99 per month is great value if you are in a position to bundle with Fibre Broadband, €14.99pm if not. Not such an advantage in EU, as you will have free roaming in any case.

    ...but you probably won't be able to do much talking after your dental appointment in Tenerife ;)
