    Does anyone know did they decide on exact plans for here?
    I know they were changing the percentages of private, affordable and social a while back but don't know if they are decided yet?
    Is there a plan anywhere I could look at?

    Oh yeah, I've seen it. I'm just wondering where I could find the plans for the site, where each type of housing is going etc.

    There's some building going on there already. Phase 1 is seriously delayed.

    I don’t think that info would be available freely.
    Planning site may show the layout and house type.

    The new planning permission hasn't been filed for yet I believe. They're in the consultation stage with ABP now and expected to file for permission as a SHD scheme for +200 units over the prior permission in the next 1-2 months..

    There should be a website up once it's filed that you can use to view the site plans & unit floor plans.

    They have already started on some of It.
    But i am interested in the overall site plan, where the apartments or 3 storeys are going.
    I'll keep an eye for new planning
