How to get Open24

I’ve a new PTSB account but no login details for Open24. For the past fortnight every time I try the number that’s linked from the ‘I don’t have a password’ from the app there is nobody available on the phone. Is there any other means of doing this online? If I can’t have online banking then the account is pointless.
