Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Replacement parts for venetian blinds

    I've just bought a house and I've found that almost all the venetian blinds have a faulty/broken string tilt mechanism. Seven in total...
    I opened up one and dismantled the tilt mechanism to find that the crappy plastic gears inside had broken into little pieces jamming the mechanism.
    I've taken down a few of them to try and find a brand or a model but I can't see anything on them at all, not even a tiny sticker.

    I've added in photos of the left side where the tilt mechanism is broken and the right in case anyone recognises the brand or could maybe suggest a seller these blinds might have come from.

    I'd like to replace them with metal parts if at all possible but I might be asking for too much there..
