Joe Duffy says there's no problem that the National Lottery show their lottery draw in the middle of RTE's Saturday evening children's movie.
A caller on his show was objecting to this private gambling company, advertising to and possibly influencing, vulnerable and impressionable children.
Joe's reply to this was that the National Lottery are a big advertiser and that they pay RTE for this service.

Tell the parent to change stations if they don’t want the child watching it.

This nanny state BS where no one is willing to take responsibility for their own kids is getting out of hand.

The parent will be suing the state for damages next.

showing the block of council flats with a water slide on the side of them is definitely knowing their market. Reminds me of that harry enfield skit where the slobs win the lotto and the council flat block turns gold.
