Whats the best way to get a Bank confirmation for auditors?

    I am an auditor working on the statutory audit of a client which olds a Bank of Ireland bank account. We have written a letter to the bank account address requesting a bank letter confirmation of the accounts and balances held by the client with the bank. We have not had a response to our letter. What is the best way to request this confirmation?
