What's wrong with my Ficus?

That's what ficus do, they drop their dratted leaves. My experience has been that its down to lack of water, but overwatering will do the same. Or overdry atmosphere, or moving it, or a draught, or (as I once saw in an office) people using it as an ashtray. Solution? Don't buy ficus. Sorry, I'm sure there is a solution, but its such a common problem that its hardly worth fighting it.
