    Hi,
I have a 20 year old house. All the brickwork is starting to crumble and flake due to spalling of the bricks. The same is happening in most houses in the estate and making some boundary walls look dangerous. The builder went out of business in the last recession. Is there anything to stop further deterioration of the brickwork. This is crazy, a house should last a lifetime at the very least! Any suggestions/remedies? Cowboy builders!
    Thanks
