    Hi all,

This is my new lawn .....

So, I went ahead and gave it its first cut ever today.
Whats next ? aftercut and then new seed to cover the bits that didnt grow ?

Overseed and wait - then cut and aftercut ?

    Thanks
    Rob

No expert but I am having a similar problem
I am going to buy grass seed and a bag of 10/10/20. Mix them up and throw them on. Then keep cutting regular and see will it help

Looks fine to me for the time of year. I will thicken up quick enough. With kids in the garden I don't see how you can expect better (bald patch under swing and on direct line of approach to swing).

Wake me up when it's all over.
