    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie today. 

    We'd generally advise that you'd link in with the company directly to confirm time frames, tracing payments etc. 

    We'd advise contacting our customer service desk directly by logging on to Banking 365 and select 'Services' > 'Send us a message' and one of my colleagues will certainly do their best to look into this for you further.
