Hi all, To follow my first ask for some gardening advice this morning: should I cut back the attached plant stems as spring starts to kick-in? For most of my other perennials, it’s more obvious to cut back (the plant growth is dead/hollow etc). But I’m unsure about this species in the pic: cut back and remove or just leave…

Is it something like this https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/178584/lavatera-x-clementii-barnsley/details ?

If so cut it back around now I'd go back to about 30cm and take out all the dead bits.
