On the mobile app getting asked to swipe on a log out?

    Hi,

    Some weird bug with the mobile app I've experienced multiple times.

    Immediately, after I log out I get a notification to swipe confirmation (which expired).

    This is on an Android 10 phone fully up to date.

    Sequence:
    (1) Start the mobile app.
    (2) Log on to mobile app as normal.
    (3) Check the balances and transactions of accounts.
    (4) In the menu click log out.
    (5) You're at the login screen.
    (6) Close the login screen / app completely.
    (7) A few seconds later I get the a notification to swipe confirmation from BOI.

    Anyone else experience something similar?

    Yes I tap the notification as soon as it pop ups.
    You get presented with the normal swipe bar but you also get some message saying its expired.

    I'm also getting this, from today. I'm logged out but get a notification to accept or decline a transaction. When I click on it it says sca authentication has timed out.
    I'm hoping this is just a bug and not something more sinister.
    Quite alarming to get these notifications.
    Any clarity on this?
    Just to add it happens all the time. Get rid of the notification and it occurs again and again.

    I've seen this happen to me in the last half hour as well. It was on IOS device fully up to date.

    I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Still getting these notifications.

    Also getting this now in the last half an hour (twice) on an iOS device. Haven't attempted to log in but getting these unsolicited notifications from the BOI app.
