Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could someone please give me typical measured values for the above (non condensing & condensing) taken from their flue gas analyzers.
Friend of mine has installed a HE one to replace his old SE boiler and is wondering as to why the condensate flow is so low, hence my request for the above.

    HE 50-80º
SE 120º + (dependant on age of appliance)

These would be guid figures only, should have more accurate in MIs for his specific boiler
First thing to look at is the flue correctly inclined.

    What his flow/return temp?

Flow is 65C, return 55C, so probably not condensing?.
