Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No WPRN or bill received

    Hey there, 

    I have a commercial client who has a water connection in place for a year, is drawing water but has no WPRN number and has received no bills yet. 

    They are very anxious to get bills issued for accountancy purposes. Can you help please.

    Unfortunately that doesn't work with out the WPRN number. Is there a more direct means of contacting someone who can help?

    Thanks for getting back in touch.

    At the section where it asks you to enter your WPRN, please press the # sign. The recording will then give you 3 options. Let this recording run twice and it will then give you an option to speak to a member of the team.
