Garden/ Lawn Help

    Good afternoon all,

    I have a little lawn about 35ft x 12 feet that needs some tlc to it. I dont know where to start though.

    I have read about rotovating, stone rakes and top soil but dont know the sequence or what my first steps should be.

    I have attached a few pictures and am really looking for pointers.

    All I am looking to do with the garden is get it back to a proper lawn.

    First thing would be to get rid of the stones
    Then Id kill any weeds
    Then rotovate, if the soil quality is bad then add top soil, finally smooth and drop some seed and then rake it in.

    You dont want to lay seed until temps gets warmer, but no reason why you can't do some if not all of the rest.
