He must be the only man in the country that would look at an attractive girl sitting across from him in an interview and think "I wonder what question I could ask to make her cry?"

I was literally shouting at the screen. She handled it well.

Great actress. Seanna. Hope she breaks outside Ireland.

The only surprise here is that there isn't a family of people who suddenly dropped dead segment every single week.

He should do a twist in the tale story.

Build us up for Richter scale 10 misery and end with a miracle cure.

That must be devastating in fairness

Really everyone in the country should have a mandatory checkup every 5 years on the heart and important bits, about half an hours worth of basic checks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,778 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    Please, shut Tubridy up!!

Awful experience for her to go through but ffs, the country is on its knees in every conceivable way and this is what they dish up for us on a Friday after another miserable week...I don't see any daylight in this country at all.....

    That's the one for me.

    Gonna get a fresh 7up.

They'd rather shut down society and cancel all hospital appointments for a year.

I don't mean to belittle the young woman's tragedy, but I agree.

We used be know for the 'craic'. 'Craic' is dying.

Will "Big Log" be on it? What a song that is, nearly as good as that Nathan Carter number!

I had a strong suspicion that males suffer more from SADS; it’s 2-1 males!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,497 ✭✭✭FintanMcluskey

Does anyone remember the night that had the trad session on the LLS

    Seems a distant memory now.

Tonight we have 2 grieving ladies talking about burying their life partners

Just realised it’s this ladies son I think

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,541 ✭✭✭✭castletownman

Yep, I definitely not going to have a sleepless night now worrying about SAD. Christ sake, it's worrying enough getting a sudden pain in your general chest area without a whole piece featuring people dropping dead on Friday night telly.

Crazy **** that sudden death thing, all the same. I actually know a bloke who survived it, as mad as it sounds. Dead for a good while, then did a Lazarus. Lucky dude.

Don't want to sound callous but can't stomach another minute of this, week is long enough in lockdown without more depression stacked on top. They're having a laugh on Norton's couch, I'm headed there for light relief.

I would have thought one of the symptoms of sudden death syndrome was actually being dead
