Eir mobile data issue

I’m having an issue with my eir mobile. After 5pm my mobile data literally drops to nothing, my download speed would be approximately 0.28mbps yet my upload would be 5mbps. Come 3:300-4:00am a normal speed of 20mbps returns. My husbands data is unchanged and can still get decent speeds yet not me, this is only happening…

I’m having an issue with my eir mobile. After 5pm my mobile data literally drops to nothing, my download speed would be approximately 0.28mbps yet my upload would be 5mbps. Come 3:300-4:00am a normal speed of 20mbps returns. My husbands data is unchanged and can still get decent speeds yet not me, this is only happening when I am home, if I drive to another area my data returns. I have contacted Eir dozens of times but they have no answers! I have a new phone as it started on my old phone just before Christmas so replaced my phone as I thought that was the issue. I have changed Sims twice and still no change! Please help!!!!
