    Hi, topped up my meter on 11th and record a msg on the app there's an error. Unfortunately my money has gone. I waited a few days to see if it resolved itself, but no.

    Any help available?

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

    Can you check your bank account to see if you have been refunded?

    We recommend calling 1800 372 372 to speak with our colleagues in the dedicated Pay As You Go team. They will be able to check if a code has been generated.

    Payzone manage the payment portal for Electric Ireland and will issue a refund automatically if no code has been generated. This can take a number of working days.
